WADIT® is a purpose-built and globally proven sheet piling interlock sealant and corrosion inhibitor. Made by and for sheet pile professionals, WADIT® is the go-to sealant solution for projects where water leakage is a concern, such as dewatering cofferdams and barrier walls for site remediation. Sheet-Pile offers professional application by trained installation crews, ensuring an impermeable long-lasting seal for sheet pile interlocks every time. Factory application to individual sheets or various configuration assemblies may present time/cost savings. In any case, factory or field applications provide guaranteed exceptional service.
The WADIT® system can be installed in any interlock type:

The discharge is typically zero when properly applied into the sheet pile interlock. Installation is priced per foot or meter of interlock and available globally.

Comprehensive third-party test data clearly states that the permeability of Larssen or Ball and Socket sheet pile with WADIT is zero because there is NO water flow through the sheet pile interlocks at five bars (or about 130' or nearly 40 meters in depth) of differential water pressure. When applied correctly by a professionally trained crew, WADIT® sealant is impermeable. After application, the contractor can proceed with sheet pile installation without any limitations, irrespective of the driving method or environmental conditions. Notably, WADIT® is the only sealant specially formulated to meet the precise requirements of sheet pile applications.
Upon completion of the installation, you will be provided with a WADIT® Test Report (WTR) encompassing installation particulars, along with a unique WADIT® certificate number for authentication purposes.
WADIT® is flexible and thus offers unique elasticity. Other swell type sealants material become rigid and fracture which may cause leaks. WADIT® tolerates torsion and movements in the sheet pile interlock maintaining an absolute seal.
In testing, the system was subjected to a maximum water pressure of 5 bar (= 500 kPa, or more than 130 feet of water pressure depth), which represents almost twice the safety margin over maximum water pressure levels measured in the past. It was the opinion of those administering the test that WADIT® likely could have withstood an even higher water pressure.
